Getting Over It

Rick caught me on the computer last night once again looking at pictures from last Friday's Little 500 on facebook. You'd think it was a crime.

Yes, he knew Susan's team won, but now I should move on ... you know, to my exciting daily life of going to work, doing laundry and helping Joey with homework.

Can I bask just a little bit longer? Am I insufferable? Just a few more photos to share and we'll see if I can "get over it," for Rick's sake.

How it all started

Susan riding her first tricycle. In the background is the infamous blue Schwinn that I actually rode with Susan strapped into the child seat. It is also the first bike she took to IU to train on (the babyseat had been removed years earlier and drop handlebars added).

And here is her first two-wheeler. She is not only wearing a helmet, but also elbow and knee pads. Good grief! You'd think she was heading to the preschool roller derby.

How it ended Friday
